Uncle Cheffy Restaurant was first opened in August of 2009, an original concept under Chefs’ Quarter Group of Restaurants. Behind it are Managing Partner Larry Cortez and Executive chef Mauro Arjona Jr. The The vibe at Uncle Cheffy is casual. It’s the perfect venue for laid back meals and gatherings.
Uncle Cheffy offers a fine selection of dishes that are easy on the pocket. The best-sellers include the Memphis Barbeque US Beef Rib Finger and the Panizza. The thin strips of pizza rolled with greens and condiments is a must for every table.
The Garlic Studded Pork Belly Lechon, or the Lamb Breast Provencal Way and the Uncle Cheffy Steak also have a huge following. The tenderness of the meat dishes never fail to impress. Every bite is teeming with flavour and smoky goodness from the charcoal-fueled brick oven. They also offer a variety of appetizer, salad, soup and dessert selections.
